Hi, I'm Allie.

And I believe our bodies know far more about having babies than we're led to believe. These vessels grow and birth life best when we trust their wisdom. I'm here to walk beside you on the journey of your life's most amazing (and ordinary) miracle.

PRENATAL SUPPORT

I support mothers as early in their pregnancy as possible, so that we can establish a trusting bond. I can help answer questions about how to prepare for birth and hold space for your transformation as it unfolds.

BIRTH GUIDE & ADVOCATE

I attend births at home, in birth centers, and in hospital settings. I act simply as a guide and advocate to create and maintain a peaceful container as your body ushers you through the portal.

POSTPARTUM SUPPORT

The days after birth are a beautiful initiation into your new role as a mother. I assist in getting everyone cozy as you begin the fourth trimester: the worldly work of getting to know your baby and yourself as a mother.

AS YOUR DOULA, I PROVIDE:

One 30-minute intro phone call to decide if we're a good fit.
Two prenatal in-person visits to talk through your pregnancy journey, birth plan, and postpartum needs.
Phone and email support as needed.
Around-the-clock availability to attend your birth from 38 to 42 weeks (with a trusted backup doula in the case of illness).
Attendance for the entire duration of your birth, starting with active labor.
Advocacy for your birth plan during your actual labor and birth.
A handmade-by-me labor and postpartum care package with robe for mama and newborn layette set, brought to labor.
One postpartum visit 1-2 weeks post birth for integration, questions, and general wellbeing check-in.

COVERAGE AREAS & INVESTMENT

I serve women in the Boulder/Longmont area and, in some cases, in more remote areas of Northcentral Colorado. If you're interested in my services, please reach out!

Doula services: $2,000
(A limited number of sliding scale options are available upon request.)
If additional prenatal or postpartum visits are requested, my hourly rate is $50/hour with a $0.50 per mile travel fee.
